PetFlow provides an online service to deliver pet food, treats, toys, and other pet care products to our customers. By using our website (hpscanner.net), mobile applications, or related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Conditions of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

We may update these Conditions from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after any changes becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Conditions. We encourage you to review these Conditions periodically. The most current version will always be posted on our website.

Basic Terms

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to open an account or make purchases on PetFlow.

To place orders on PetFlow, you must provide a valid method of payment. We accept major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Taxes and shipping costs may apply to your order. We will calculate these costs at checkout based on your shipping address and method. All prices and charges are in U.S. dollars.

PetFlow reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. We may do so if we believe you have violated these Conditions of Use, to protect our interests, or if we have another business justification.

Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product images, information, and pricing on PetFlow. However, we do not warrant that such details are error-free. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

The weights, counts, dimensions, and other descriptions posted are approximate. The actual attributes may vary. Images may be illustrative and differ from the actual products.

Order Fulfillment

We will make every reasonable effort to fulfill your order and ship products promptly based on the timelines advertised at checkout. However, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times. Delays may occur during periods of high order volume or due to factors outside our control.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will attempt to notify you and provide options to substitute a similar item, receive a refund for the unavailable item, or cancel your order.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders we believe were placed in error, fraudulently, or in violation of these Conditions of Use.

Delivery

PetFlow offers standard ground shipping within the contiguous U.S. Additional options and costs may apply for expedited delivery. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, military APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

You must provide a street address for shipping along with recipient contact information. We ship most orders Monday through Friday via common carriers like FedEx or UPS. Tracking information may be provided, but we do not guarantee delivery to the recipient address or by a promised date.

You should inspect deliveries promptly on arrival and note any missing, damaged, or inaccurate items on the carrier receipt. Photograph any visible damage or defects. Contact us as soon as possible to report issues so that we may assist with any claims. We cannot guarantee adjustments for late reports.

Returns and Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with any products you purchased through PetFlow, you may be eligible to return them for an exchange or refund. You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to start the return process.

Most unopened products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund so long as they are in new condition suitable for resale. Opened food may be accepted if it was damaged, defective, inaccurate, or otherwise unsatisfactory. We do not accept returns of prescription medications or other products marked non-returnable.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We provide printable return labels upon request. Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method once the returns are received and inspected, which may take 1-2 billing cycles.

Account Management

You may establish a registered account on PetFlow to simplify future orders and manage preferences. We recommend maintaining a strong password and not sharing your login credentials with others. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Through your account dashboard, you can update contact details, view order history and status, manage subscriptions and autoship preferences, provide product reviews, refer friends, and more. We may send important account notifications by email, push notifications, in-app messaging, or texts. Please keep this information current.

You may close your account by emailing support@hpscanner.net. We will retain certain information to maintain order records as required by law. This may include your name, email address, account history, etc.

Subscriptions & Autoship

PetFlow offers recurring Subscribe & Save subscriptions to receive regular product deliveries with discounts applied. By signing up, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method per the frequency selected until you cancel.

You can view, edit, or cancel subscriptions at any time through your account. Changes made less than 3 days before the next delivery may still be processed. Cancellations will become effective following the next delivery.

We may implement limits on items, frequencies, or total subscriptions allowed due to high demand, limitations with our fulfillment centers or carriers, or other business reasons. Updated restrictions will be messaged accordingly through your account.

Independent Sellers

PetFlow hosts a marketplace featuring products sold independently by third parties. These sellers are responsible for the listing information, product fulfillment, returns handling, and other policies related to items they list on our platform.

We aim to provide accurate seller information like store names and locations. However, we cannot guarantee that independent sellers will deliver items as promised or handle returns appropriately. Please contact us if you have any issues with marketplace orders and we will investigate complaints.

Ratings & Reviews

PetFlow displays product ratings and customer reviews to provide helpful insights to other shoppers. By submitting any rating or review through our Service, you consent for it to be published anonymously for others to view.

We aim to publish feedback objectively based on verification that the ratings and reviews come from genuine PetFlow customers. We do not endorse any opinions expressed within customer reviews. Please do not include any personal, political or offensive content. PetFlow reserves the right to refuse or remove reviews at our discretion.

Loyalty Programs

PetFlow may offer loyalty programs, rewards points, referral bonuses, or other incentives. Terms and conditions apply. We reserve the right to revoke points, modify program rules, expiration policies, or terminate programs at any time. Points do not constitute property, have no cash value, and may not be sold or transferred by you.

You agree to use our Service for lawful personal use only, and not to copy, distribute, publicly display, modify or create derivatives of PetFlow content or technology without express consent to do so. The PetFlow name and logo are registered trademarks. Other trademarks may be displayed on our Service with permission from their owners. Please contact us if you have any questions.

User Content

PetFlow may allow users to post content publicly like ratings, reviews, photos, messages, and other submissions. By posting any content on PetFlow, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide license to reuse, store, copy, modify, and distribute it now or in the future across PetFlow and its affiliates.

You represent that any submissions are your original work, non-confidential, and not subject to any rights or ownership of another person or party that have not been properly obtained. Please do not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially offensive, or otherwise objectionable or injurious.

PetFlow does not claim ownership of any content that you post through the Service. However, we may need your permission to enable certain features like publicly displaying reviews or photos associated with your account. You can remove or request removal of any submissions by emailing support@hpscanner.net.

PetFlow may publish links to third-party websites or applications as a service to our users. We do not operate or control resources outside of the PetFlow domain. From time to time, PetFlow may run advertisements from third parties, including advertisers, sponsors, and partners that help to fund our platform. We do not expressly endorse nor warrant the offers, items, websites, or accuracy of materials associated with such advertisements placed on PetFlow’s Service or emailed to our users. Availability, deliverability, fitness for use, accuracy, reliability, timeliness, legality, or applicability of our platform, products listed, deliveries, recommendations, communications, third-party services, or other output derived from PetFlow rests solely with you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law: We, our affiliates, partners, vendors, employees, shareholders, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential losses or damages as a result of these Conditions of Use, the use of PetFlow, inability to use PetFlow, purchase or use of any products listed, or interactions you may have with other PetFlow users. Indemnity

Governing Law
